Jawa 42 FJ bike is quite bold and attractive in terms of design. Which looks like a retro style bike. The fuel tank of the 42 FJ bike is designed in the shape of a tear drop and aluminum plate is used in the side panel, which gives the bike a premium look. And it has all the features like LED headlight, digital instrument console and LED taillight. Apart from this, the biggest change in the 42 FJ 350 bike has been made in its engine. The NVH level has been improved in the new engine. Due to this, there is a lot of improvement in the performance and thermal management of the bike. And this Jawa bike has 41 mm telescopic forks and twin shock absorbers. Apart from this, a 320 mm disc brake has been given in the front and rear wheel of the motorcycle.

Engine and Performance
To power the Jawa 42 FJ bike, a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine has been given which generates 28.78bhp of power and 29.62Nm of torque. And this engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and slip-and-assist clutch technology. Apart from this, it has a wheelbase of 1440 mm and features like slip clutch and assist. But the Jawa 42 gets a 294.7cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which is called the J-Panther engine. Compared to the regular Jawa 42, this engine produces about 2hp more power, which is slightly less than the FJ. But, it is also mated to a six-speed gearbox.
Jawa 42 FJ Mileage
Jawa 42 FJ bike will not disappoint you in terms of performance and mileage. The company claims that the average mileage of Jawa 42 FJ is 30-35 kilometers per liter. And for long rides, Jawa 42 FJ has a 12-liter fuel tank, which can be used to enjoy long rides once the tank is full.

The design of the Jawa 42 FJ bike is quite aggressive and modern. The 42 FJ 350 motorcycle has been given a more aggressive style and tear drop fuel tank than before. And as features in this bike, the company has given signature style headlamp grill with LED headlamp, semi-digital instrument console, USB charging port and single-pod, LED taillight. Alloy wheels have also been given along with the bike’s side panel and fenders. Apart from this, for safety, its suspension has 41mm telescopic forks and five-step, preload adjustable shock absorbers and for the braking system, disc brakes have been given in the front and rear with dual-channel ABS.
The Jawa 42 FJ bike is available in India in five color options with premium paint finish, which includes Aurora Green Matte, Mystic Copper, Cosmo Blue Matte, Deep Black Matte Black Clad and Deep Black Matte Red Clad colors. And talking about its chassis, this bike has a double cradle frame. But, in the case of Jawa 42, the frame is combined with 35mm telescopic forks and twin gas-charged shock absorbers. At the same time, the bike has 18-inch wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear. However, Jawa 42 will have slightly narrower tires than 42 FJ.

In terms of price of Jawa 42 FJ, there is not much difference in the price of Jawa 42 and Jawa 42 FJ bikes. While the price of Jawa 42 is Rs 1.73 lakh, Jawa 42 FJ has been launched with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1.99 lakh.
